Located in Dallas Texas, one of the Mecca’s of the Aerospace
industry, Whirly
Bird LLC designed and manufactures our complete line of tactical
and commercial VTOL UAVs, including all structural elements, cowlings
and rotors. All aircraft components are carefully crafted with CNC
precision to the most exacting tolerances using the highest-grade
materials. |

The cowlings and covers are hand
laid in our own molds and the rotor blades are meticulously crafted
and balanced for smooth and stable flight. Each helicopter is meticulously
assembled by experienced craftsmen to exacting specifications and
subjected to stringent quality control. Once completed, they are
then integrated with the payload, flight control system and auxiliary
equipment to achieve the task and performance goals necessary for
your mission requirements. |
All aircraft
are thoroughly flight tested and signed off by our skilled test
pilots before delivery
from the factory and arrive in full flight ready condition.
Whirly
Bird LLC also offers full factory or field support for spares
and service. Our design department can create and test all custom
components to accommodate your payload requirements. |

to manufacturing our complete line of VTOL UAV’s Whirly Bird can also custom
paint your system to fit your particular mission or need. Be
it a traditional paint scheme, camouflage, or our unique heat sensitive
on the fly color changing Chameleon custom paint, Whirly Bird has
a wide variety of colors to choose from. |
